Suffering...

So I suffered a whole week when I couldn't write a word, gorram writer's block! Then just when I was getting motivated I got hit by this cold/flu virus that knocked me out for pretty much a whole week after that. So here I am, fighting with my general want to sleep that still remains and a cough that feels like my lungs are coming up any second. Ain't life grand?

I guess in cases such as these we have to remember there are people suffering a lot more than with trivial things like writers block and cold-type illnesses... Unfortunately, that doesn't cure my cough or make writing any easier though! lol

ETA: So I just sat down to work on my one-shot for the Girl Saves Boy challenge I signed up to... wrote half a page and was actually proud of it... then the computer crashed!! Seriously, is the 'verse conspiring against me, or what??

Thanx, Brandy :) I just needed to rant and I figured here was as good a place as any.

The comp is fine as far as I can tell - to be fair it was just the program that crashed out and lost my writing, which always Ps me off because you can never write it as good the second time, can you?

Ah well, you live and you learn - must hit save more often! lol
