Emerald City

I've now seen two episodes of the mini-series Emerald City. After the first part, I was a little confused. After the second, I'm even more confused, and yet I kind of love it! I want to watch more so I don't feel so 'WTH?!' about everything that's happened so far, so I guess that's a good thing. It is weird though. Weirder than I was prepared for. Darker too, actually. All in all, jury's still out.

Anybody else watching?

I've never even heard of it. I'm assuming it's something to do with the Wizard of Oz possibly?

Yup, it is indeed. Kind of a modern and strange retelling of the story. Have now seen 3 episodes and still kinda confused, and yet can't stop watching. It's a weird, weird thing! lol

Side-bar: Dorothy's mother is played by our very own Sophie Devereaux - Gina Bellman! :)
